Has anyone made a vexilar carrying case, mine broke and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas

The blue Genz box from Vexilar is a cheap replacement. I prefer the Genz box anyway, it allows you the space to modify it and "trick" it out. I have a switchable light on mine, and a plug that allows me to charge my phone if needed.
