Here is your 1st middle park fishing report for the 2018 fishing season. We finally received cold enough temps to put ice on the reservoirs. Lake Granby froze partially over this morning. Williams Fork also froze over this morning. The rainbows in Willow Creek, Grand lake and Shadow mtn reservoir are eating small colorful jigs tipped with wax worms. Kokanee are in deeper water and will attack orange spoons or other bright colored lures and jigs. Shadow Mtn spillway is loaded with 6"-10" rainbows. Please check ice conditions as you head out.
