Well now that the cold snap is finished, it is time to move on and not continue to fish those first ice spots. The passenger pigeon is gone and we don't want to do that to happen again, especially to our favorite species!
We fished Mendota today and were very happy to find big perch hitting under ten inches of ice. Will try to get out late in the week and get some pics.
