So I am replacing the Makita on the clam drill plate with one of my DeWalt drills.
I have the first generation run of the drill plate and I notice the vertical black aluminum piece that the u-bolt holds the drill to is too short for my drill. I notice the newer plates are taller and have longer slots in them to accommodate more drills.
Does anyone know if or how I can get the updated bracket piece for my plate?
